Percolation is a method of making superior-quality dry plant tinctures, the process of which can be completed in less than two days, rather than 2-4 weeks as with other tincturing methods.
In this workshop we will take you through the step-by-step process of making high quality percolations. We will discuss the pros and cons of percolation method, and look at how it differs from maceration and traditional tincturing methods. We will also look at which herbs are best suited for percolation.
Students will go home with their own glass percolation cone, tamping stick, and a 50ml tincture make in class.
