Plant Spirit Medicine | Working with Plants as Allies

Learn to listen to the wisdom our plant allies have to offer. In this experiential and connecting workshop, Jessy will introduce you to the art of heart centred perception and plant spirit work. Through listening more deeply to the plants, and deepening our relationships with nature, we learn to listen more closely to ourselves and deepen that relationship as well. In this way, a deep holistic healing can be achieved on a spiritual, emotional, and physiological level bringing us back into alignment with our truest natures and heart's path.

class description

Its no secret that spending time in nature is good for us. Something as simple as a walk through the lush green forest effortlessly grounds us, nourishes us, and sets our hearts and minds at ease. Many wise healers have taught that nature is the only thing that truly heals us, and that the practitioner is simply a facilitator between the client and the healing source in nature.

In this workshop we will explore through discussion, meditation, and sharing, how to connect deeper to that source in nature by working with the individual energy, or 'spirit' of a plant to bring healing, connection, and insight to our lives.

We will explore the tools we can use to develop a deeper personal relationship to the plants that heal us, and the ways in which plants can initiate healing on the spiritual, emotional, and physical levels. We will tap into the wisdom of our heart's perception, where the language of the plants is most easily understood.

We will explore and remember the non-linear, intuitive ways of knowing and receiving information (that we sometimes forget to use in our adult lives), and look at practices we can do to reopen these channels of receiving. This workshop will be held out in nature, where we will have the opportunity to sit in heart-centred communion with the plants, and to share our impressions and communications in a comfortable and safe setting.
